Through my own personal healing journey, I learned that pain doesn’t have to define us it can deepen our empathy, expand our understanding, and give meaning to our work in ways that textbooks never could. As a therapist, I hold space for others navigating their own complex stories. I believe that healing is not about erasing the past, but about reclaiming power, finding self-compassion, and reconnecting to the parts of ourselves that still long to live fully.My purpose is to walk alongside people in those tender, in-between places where strength and vulnerability coexist. I don’t approach therapy from a place of perfection, but from lived experience, humility, and a deep respect for the courage it takes to heal.

Reliving old wounds can sometimes be difficult, but I am here to walk with you through it. My therapeutic approach is to meet you where you are on your journey and help you reach your desired therapeutic goals.
