Raymond Morrison III

Raymond Morrison III is a healthcare operations and business development executive with more than 20 years of experience helping healthcare organizations improve performance, strengthen operations, and achieve sustainable growth. Throughout his career, he has worked across physician practices, durable medical equipment (DME), home health, healthcare staffing, revenue cycle management, compliance, payer relations, and operational leadership. As Director of Services at MedCoShare, Raymond leads the Guidance System™ initiative, helping healthcare organizations improve operations, staffing, credentialing, compliance, billing, marketing, technology, and patient experience.

Raymond believes many healthcare organizations spend too much time managing operational challenges and not enough time focusing on patients and strategic growth. Through MedCoShare’s Guidance System™, he enjoys helping healthcare leaders uncover opportunities, solve problems, and build stronger organizations through practical solutions and trusted partnerships.

Outside of work, Raymond enjoys playing ice hockey, spending time with family and friends, traveling, exploring new places, and staying active. He values opportunities to connect with people, learn from different experiences, and appreciates the balance between competition and community.
